On 2 November 2024, GOMO members and participants from the October exchange programme gathered for an eco-friendly picnic at ISRI Beach.
Equipped with gloves and bags, the team collected plastic and other waste along the shoreline. Discussions throughout the day explored the effects of pollution on marine life and the responsibility each person has to reduce waste.
The action showed how community-level efforts can restore natural spaces while creating more sustainable habits.
