Green Organisation Morocco, through its Go-Green Team, organised and facilitated a planting and decoration workshop for children with Down syndrome at their centre in Badess, Al Hoceima.
The initiative combined environmental education with social inclusion, creating a supportive space where children could learn, create and interact. Participants learned how to prepare soil, plant seeds and understand the water, sunlight and care plants need.
The children also personalised their pots with artistic materials, strengthening the connection to the plants they had planted. The activity promoted environmental responsibility, creativity and equal access to sustainability initiatives.
