A Moroccan youth delegation joined partners from Wąbrzeźno, Poland and Syke, Germany for a trinational exchange supervised by Abdelhafid Catruat.
Workshops, films and visits explored the history of the Second World War. Participants visited cultural and historic locations in Łódź and Toruń.
The exchange also included a symbolic tree-planting activity with the city’s mayor. Participants named it “the Moroccan tree,” creating a living reminder of friendship between the partner communities.
